Jim George
Jim has been involved with production agriculture for 54 years. He has also been in the crop insurance industry for 33 years. Jim was a crop insurance adjuster from 1980 until 1986. In 1986 he established the crop insurance agency Farmers All Risk and is currently active in the day to day operations of the agency. Jim resides in rural Diagonal.
In Jim’s downtime he enjoys making production improvements on his farms.

Vince Taylor
Vince has been involved in the crop insurance industry since 2008. He started as a marketing representative for ARMtech insurance. Recently he moved to the agency side by joining Jim at Farmers All Risk as an owner/agent. Vince resides in rural Afton as a fourth generation land owner and lives in the home he grew up in.
In Vince’s downtime, he enjoys spending time outdoors on the land.
